Jammu Smart City Recruitment 2024: Jammu Smart City has invited applications in the prescribed format for the appointment of following positions on a contractual basis in Jammu Smart City Limited (JSCL) to be stationed in Jammu City.
The appointment will be purely on a contractual basis initially for a period of one year with a provision for extension up to the project period with extension of one year each time. The Selected candidate shall be posted in Jammu City and Working Hours will be 10:00 am to 06:00 pm.

Eligibility Criteria for Jammu Smart City Recruitment 2024:
Details including essential educational qualification, remuneration are given below:
- Junior Architect: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent to B. Arch from a recognized University or Institution recognized by the Government.
- Urban Planner: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent to B.Arch. Master’s degree in urban design or urban planning or similar, from a recognized University or Institution recognized by the Government
Salary Details:
The monthly salary for the advertised posts is given below:
- Urban Planner: The consolidated monthly remuneration shall be in between Rs. 50,000 – 60,000/ Month
- Junior Architect: The monthly remuneration shall be in between Rs.30,000- 40,000/ Month
Selection Process:
The selection process consists of two stages:
1. Shortlisting
2. Interview
The selection for the Junior Architect and Urban Planner Posts will be made through a personal interview along with a presentation in a physical manner. The date of the interview shall be conveyed to the shortlisted candidates by telephone or email. At the time of interview, candidates shall bring Original Certificates of qualifications and experience along with the Passport size photographs, Affidavits, NOC and self-attested photocopies of the certificates.
