Kashmir University Department of Earth Sciences JRF Recruitment 2024: Department of Earth Sciences, University of Kashmir has invited applications on plain paper from eligible candidates for the engagement of research staff in the SERB-Core Research Grant funded project, “The Role of Extreme Weather Events and Patterns in Shaping Vadose Zone Hydrology in Snow-Dominated Catchments,”.
The post is initially for a period of one year, extendable for up to two years depending on the candidate’s performance. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

– Qualification: M.Sc. Geology/Applied Geology
– Salary: As per the SERB guidelines (Rs. 37,000+HRA) for candidates having NET/SET and
(Rs. 31,000+HRA) for the candidates without NET or SET.
