As per Hindustan Copper Limited Recruitment 2024 Notification, the selected candidates for the posts of Junior Manger will be placed in the initial of basic pay in the scale of Rs 30000-3%-120000/-. Name of Posts: Junior Manager — 56 Posts
– Name of Discipline: Mining, Electrical, Company Secretary, Finance, HR
– Salary: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 1,20,000
Educational Qualification Required:
1) Junior Manager (Mining): Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mining engineering; relevant certificates.
2) Junior Manager (Electrical): Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
3) Junior Manager (Company Secretary): Graduate with 5 years’ experience; or passed final CS examination.
4) Junior Manager (Finance): Graduate with 5 years’ experience; or passed intermediate accounting exams; or PG in Finance.
5) Junior Manager (HR): Graduate with 5 years’ experience; or PG in HR
Age Limit: Maximum Age required for the post of Junior Manager is 40 years as on 01/06/2024. However, relaxation in age for the candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC / PWD / Ex-servicemen categories shall be as per rules.
Application Fee: The General, OBC & EWS Candidates are required to pay an application processing fee of Rs.500/- and all other candidates are exempted from paying fees including PwBDs. The application processing fee plus applicable Bank charges shall be paid by the applicant using the Payment Gateway / NEFT On-line Transfer through HCL’s website only.

Step 2- Now, go to the Career Section.
Step 3- Click on “Apply Online for Estt./1/2020/2023-24, Notification for appointment on Supervisory (E0 Grade) posts”.
Step 4- Fill out the application form and upload the necessary documents.
Step 5- Click on Submit and Pay Application Fee.
Step 6- After submitting the online application, the candidates should print the Computer-Generated Online Application and the Acknowledgement Slip and keep a copy for their reference.
