Press Council of India ASO Recruitment 2024: The Press Council of India (PCI) has invited applications from eligible Indian citizens to fill up the vacancies for the posts of Assistant Section Officer (Group B Non-Gazetted) in the Press Council of India. As per the official Press Council of India Recruitment 2024 Notification, the candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. The Age Limit for the advertised post is 20 to 30 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
The eligible and interested Candidates are required to submit their application in the prescribed proforma along with self-attested copies of the certificates, DOB, experience, etc. to the Secretary, Press Council of India, Soochna Bhawan, 8 CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110 003. Name of Post: Assistant Section Officer
– Pay Scale: Level 06 as per 7th CPC
– Qualification: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
– Age Limit: 20 to 30 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. The upper age limit is relaxable as per the rule.
Application Fees: A fee of Rs 100/- is payable. SC/ST and Women candidates are exempted from payment of fees. The candidate may make the payment through the following modes:
