396 Teacher Posts — Chandigarh Education Department Recruitment 2024: The Education Department, Chandigarh has invited online applications for Junior Basic Teacher (JBTs) posts.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of the Chandigarh Education Department at chdeducation.gov.in. The last date for the submission of the online application is February 22, 2024.
Vacancy Details:
- Name of Posts: Junior Basic Teacher (JBTs) — 396 Posts
- Qualification: Graduate or its equivalent from a recognized University and Diploma in Elementary Education of not less than 2 years duration recognized by NCTE. Should pass in CTET conducted in accordance with the guidelines framed by NCTE.
- Age Limit: The age limit should be between 21 to 37 years of age as on 1.1.2024.
Application Fee: The application fee is Rs.1000/- and Rs. 500/- in case of SC candidates. PwD candidates are exempted for payment of fees as per instructions issued by Govt. of India.
